Environmental Policy

Where possible, we always use recyclable materials and environmentally friendly biodegradable chemicals and fluids. We are always looking for ways to improve our service and our impact on the environment and will continuously improve on this as new products become available. We are happy to discuss any specific requirements you have, and tailor our service to suit your needs.

Employment Policy

The reason behind our success is the quality of our team. We do not employ casual labour or contractors – all our staff are permanent employees and we aim to retain staff long term. New staff are interviewed by senior management and references taken prior to employment to maintain a reliable and trustworthy workforce. We have a team of supervisors who take personal responsibility for projects and contracts and all staff are given specific training before going into the workplace.

We are an equal opportunities employer.

Health & Safety Policy

We have stringent health & safety guidelines. All staff receive comprehensive health and safety training.

Employer & Public Liability Insurance

We have all of the necessary insurances for our regular services. Additional policies are obtained for specialist projects. Additional insurances are always included in our prices.

General Company Policy

Our supervisors take responsibility for a number of contracts to ensure your cleaning requirements are always met to a high standard. We insist on strict time keeping for all our staff. In the event of illness, staff are required to report to their supervisor a minimum of 4 hours prior to starting – this ensures cover can be arranged.

Our management team is always available to discuss any issues or requirements you may have. Although we are a large business, we have still maintained core family business values.
